Most installs take between 4-6 hours. However, larger displays and more complex designs will take longer. In most cases the customer does not need to be home for the installation, maintenance, or removal. However, in rare cases when there is no access to outdoor power sources, the customer will need to be on site to provide access to an indoor power source.

Please first check that the timer is plugged in and turned on. Unplugged or turned off timers account for the majority of lighting issues during the season. If the timer is plugged in and turned on and still doesn’t work call (920) 268-4075 or email me at aaron@midwestlightsllc.com. We will be out to your home as soon as possible to fix the issue.

In most cases the you will not need to be home for the installation, maintenance, or removal.
